12 TIPS FOR PHOTOGRAPHING A LANDSCAPE
Photography is a beautiful art form that has been around for over 150 years. When photography was first introduced to the world, there were no cameras, and photography was done with a box covered in a black paper called a camera obscura. The word photography comes from two Greek words: “photo” meaning light and “graphy” meaning drawing or painting. These days, photography is much more accessible than ever before as digital photography has taken over the industry. There are many different types of photography including commercial photography, product photography, photojournalism, portrait photography—the list goes on! In this blog post, we will focus on landscape photography tips as well as general advice about photographing any type of scene you’d like to capture. If

Tip #01: Scout your location.
This is especially important if you plan on traveling to photograph a specific landscape. It’s always best to know what you’re getting yourself into before embarking on a long journey.
Tip #02: Pay attention to the light.
The best time of day to photograph landscapes is usually during the golden hour, which is about an hour before sunset or an hour after sunrise. This is when the light is at its most beautiful and gives your photos a warm glow.
Tip #03: Use a tripod.
In photography, good photography is all about capturing crisp images in which you can see colors and details clearly without blurriness or motion distortion due to camera shake. To achieve this effect, it’s best to use a tripod!
Tip #04: Use the right lens.
If your scene contains elements that are far away as well as close to you, we recommend using a wide-angle lens. This allows you to capture more of the scene without distortion at the edges. If your photography project is mainly close up shots with little space in between objects, however, it’s best to use a telephoto or zoom lens so that you can focus on specific things while keeping others out of the frame.

This is a photography tip that applies to all types of photography, not just landscapes! When you use the manual settings on your camera, you have more control over the final image and can ensure that it looks exactly how you want it to look.
